Breast cancer is one of the worst diseases that affect female people. Long-term treatment with therapy or surgery has a detrimental impact on patient. The algae Kappaphycus alvarezii gotten lot interest as breast medication because it contains chemicals are expected to be anti-cancer. objectives this paper were see how secondary metabolites in interact Nuclear Factor- kappaB protein kinase cancer. ligands and proteins obtained from PubChem PDB websites, respectively. Swiss ADME was then used assess Pharmacokinetics Drug likeness Properties. last stage involved using molecular docking PyRx dynamics identify interaction visualization between ligand target protein. findings test revealed maraniol chemical had superior binding capacity NF kB chromone group controls transport efficiently preventing proliferation.
